Instore Pick Up

Orders placed before 10am (Monday – Friday) are eligible for same day pick up. Orders placed after 10am will be available to collect after 9am the following day. Pick up orders are available Monday – Saturday, however there are no same day pick ups on a Saturday these must be placed by 6pm on the Friday before.

General Delivery information:

We deliver to the Hawkesbury area every weekday (excluding public holidays). Suburbs include; Wilberforce, Ebenezer, East Kurrajong, Freemans Reach, Glossodia, Tennyson, Comelroy Road, Kurrajong Village, Kurmond, North Richmond, Grose Vale, Grose World, Redbank, Richmond, Hobartville, Clarendon, Windsor, South Windsor, Bligh Park, Pitt Town and Mc Graths Hill. We currently cannot deliver beyond these suburbs but encourage you to order and pick up instore.

Next day delivery requires the order submission by 6pm the day prior.

It is best if someone is home for the delivery, if no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer. You will be notified via text message when your order has been delivered.

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions, please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Delivery charges:

We have a flat fee of $20 and if the order is greater than $150 shipping is free

Returns and refunds After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hour of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
